What is Mediation? 

Mediation is a structured, solution-focused process where an impartial third party facilitates communication, clarifies misunderstandings, and helps the involved parties identify their core needs and interests. By promoting deeper understanding and collaboration, mediation often results in mutually agreeable solutions that improve relationships and reduce tension.
