The Five Behaviors® of a Cohesive Team Workshop
Based on Patrick Lencioni’s model, this workshop is designed to help teams at all levels work together more effectively. Through guided exercises, participants develop a shared language and actionable strategies for improving trust, addressing conflict constructively, and aligning their efforts toward common goals. By the end of the workshop, your team will have a stronger foundation for collaboration, increased accountability, and a renewed focus on achieving meaningful results together.
Individuals will learn to become better teammates by integrating Lencioni’s model, and in the process redefine teamwork and collaboration. This workshop doesn’t require participants to be from the same team. Workshop participants can also be from varying levels of seniority, from entry-level through C suite. Attendees can adopt principles to help shape behavior and find a common language with others, no matter the team or department.

The Five Behaviors® of Personal Development workshop empowers individuals to apply team-building principles to their daily interactions. Using the Everything DiSC® framework, participants gain self-awareness about their communication and behavioral styles, allowing them to improve how they collaborate and contribute to team dynamics. This workshop is perfect for developing strong, engaged team members who can foster trust, handle conflict constructively, and stay committed to shared goals. It’s an essential step toward creating a culture of accountability and success.
Workshops can be half day or full day.
